Why The Name?
Why are we called Feather Birdie Consulting? Well... I spent four years in high school as a Varsity Badminton player. At the time I played basketball and volleyball, and probably like you, considered badminton a sport you played outside at a BBQ. I was so wrong. Take a minute and go watch competitive, Olympic Badminton. That's the badminton I know! And it's the sport I fell in love with.
Badminton taught me that success isn't about force - it's about strategy, adaptation and trusting your partner. That's exactly how I approach consulting. My role isn't to take over; it's to help your organization move farther than it could alone.
"Jen is creative, bold, and a good team builder. She knows many people in this community who are loyal to her-- They make it easy for her to open doors."
